An easy & delicious no bake healthy snack recipe.

 1 cup quick oats
 ½ cup cooked green lentils
 ½ cup carrots, grated
 ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
 ½ cup raisins or craisins
 1 tbsp maple syrup
 1 ripe banana

Process all ingredients in food processor or blender until smooth.

Place mixture in fridge for 15-20mins to make it easier for shaping.

Take 2 Tbsp of the mixture and shape into a ball. Repeat until mixture is all shaped - this recipe should make about 15-20 energy balls.

Store in airtight container in fridge or enjoy immediately!
