Looking for some festive colors to add to your plate this holiday? This Spinach Orzo Salad is sure to bring a nice POP of red and green to your dinner table.

Spinach Orzo Salad
 6 cups Baby Spinach, chopped
 2 cups Orzo Pasta, cooked, drained, rinsed with cold water
 1 cup Sunflower Seeds, toasted
 ½ cup Cranberries, dried
 ½ cup Red Onion, diced
 ½ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
Balsamic Vinegrette Dressing
 ¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
 ¼ cup Olive Oil
 1 tsp Pepper, ground
 1 tsp Basil, dried(optional)

Mix Spinach, Orzo pasta, Sunflower seeds, Red onion, Feta cheese together.

Mix Balsamic vinegar, olive oil, black pepper and dried basil together, Toss with Salad and serve immediately.
