4 ingredients simple tuna fish cake perfect for the little hands! You can sub the tuna for canned Salmon for additional nutrition or use tofu for a vegetarian version.

 1 light tuna or salmon (1/4cup ground meat or tofu would work too!)
 1 cup brown rice or quinoa, cooked, cooled
 1 sweet potoates, cooked & mashed
 1 egg, beaten
 ½ cup chopped veggies (ie. spinach, kale, broccoli, cauliflower)

Mixed all ingredients together in a bowl.

Shape them into mini patties, about 3 inches in diameter.

Pan fry shaped patties on a oiled pan for 2 mins on each side until golden brown.

Let cool before serving it to your little ones! Serve with yogurt dip or tzatziki sauce.
